Refund & Donation Policy

At Nirmal Akhara, we deeply value the contributions made by our devotees, well-wishers, and supporters. Your generous donations help us maintain spiritual services, support our seers and saints, and organize religious events and welfare programs.

Please read our Refund & Donation Policy carefully before making any donation:

Donations

All donations made to Nirmal Akhara are voluntary and made out of goodwill.
Donations may be made for general support or for specific causes or events (such as religious ceremonies, food distribution, or infrastructure development).
Once a donation is processed and a receipt is issued, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for any donations, except in the case of:
- Technical error leading to multiple deductions.
- Transaction failure with proof of deduction from the donor’s account.
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction, along with proof of payment and transaction ID.
Valid refund claims will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of the Nirmal Akhara management.

Tax Exemption

If applicable, donations eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will be supported with an appropriate receipt.
It is the donor’s responsibility to provide accurate information for receipt issuance.
